About The Board of Directors
As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, The RiverTree Project has a governing board to provide direction and accountability to the vision given to Erin and LeAnn. I (Erin) will serve as the Executive Director and LeAnn will operate as the bookkeeper. But allow us to introduce you to the other board members God has brought to The RiverTree Project:

Nate Ndjerareou Vice-President
This Nate hails from Chad, Africa, but has lived most of his life all over the U.S. Nate currently lives in Dallas, Texas where he works for WorldCheck. Nate is married to Sarah, with whom he has a precious daughter as well as a son who went to be with the Lord before birth. Nate's interests in life are traveling, Africa, the French language, people, and The Village Church. Nate avoids Twitter, tolerates Facebook, and does most of his online connecting through LinkedIn.

Patrick O'Connell Treasurer
Patrick is the "numbers artist" (Pastor of Administration &  Finances) for Restore Community Church, working primarily out of their Park Hill campus. He is also a church planting coach and project manager with Stadia. Patrick and his bride, Nancy, have three rapidly-growing children - a teen-age daughter and two sons. Patrick's interests include running, reading, and theology. Patrick can be found on Twitter @patrickoconnell.

Greg Austin Secretary
Since 2005, Greg has served as the President of Professional Case Management, a specialized health services company, and is Chairman of the Professional Advisory Board. Greg has served as a small group leader and was chairman of the elders at the church that Erin and LeAnn helped plant in Parker, CO. During Greg's tenure as an elder, the church purchased land, built a new building, and transitioned to a new Senior Pastor. Greg still lives in the Denver area with his wife, Susie, and his 3 beautiful daughters. Besides his family, Greg's passions include Nebraska Cornhusker football, good preaching, and skiing. Greg shuns Twitter and Facebook, but he can be found on LinkedIn.

Kim Pagel
For over 20 years, Kim has faithfully served at New Covenant Bible Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the past seven as executive pastor. Kim and his wife Sharon have 4 adult sons and two daughter-in-laws. A lifelong learner, Kim betrays his age, knowing more about technology than most twentysomethings. Usually in his briefcase are his Android phone, his iPad, his Kindle, and a couple of books as well. Kim's interests include good coffee, good conversation, and good books. You can follow Kim on Twitter @kimpagel.

Tom Pietz
While serving as the Executive Pastor of First Lutheran Church in Cedar Rapids, Tom helped Erin start Watershed, a city-wide non-denominational young adult ministry. This life-long Vikings fan now serves as the lead pastor of Our Savior's Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hartland (Wisconsin). Tom is married to Kris, and together they have 3 sons and a beautiful adopted daughter from China. Tom's interests include playing music (he once recorded his own CD!), playing with his kids, discussing Scripture in small groups, and listening to "contemporary" Christian music from the 80s. Tom can be found on Facebook and LinkedIn, but Twitter is missing his presence.

Jason Poling
Jason is the Adult Ministries Pastor at Stonebridge Church in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Along with overseeing small groups and Life University, he also oversees the young adult ministry, the children's ministry (temporarily), and preaches quite often (yeah, he's slightly busy!). Jason and his wife, Gwen, are blessed with 3 little ones. Jason's interests include theological discussions over good coffee, biking, and maintaining an impressive beard. Jason is a reluctant Twitterer @jasonpoling.
