We are praying for both volunteers who will be part of a core team, and volunteers or individuals willing to help raise some of their own funds to be part of the staff team. Here are the team members we are praying God will supply:
A Systems/Administration Teammate (Small Groups/Community Relations)
Erin's strengths are in teaching and vision casting. So he needs a "systems" guy, a right-hand man, someone who can help flesh out the Gather, Grow, Give, Go pathway into reality in a local context.
A Sunday Ministry Teammate (Worship Arts Leader)
We believe God is glorified through the praises of His people. We also values creativity. So we are praying that God will provide a gifted leader who wants to creatively invite people who have gathered on Sundays to worship the Almighty.
A College Ministry Teammate
Our heart is for college students and twentysomething young adults. From the very beginning, we'd love to see a college pastor helping raise up the next generation of leaders who will gather, grow, give, and go for the glory of God.
A Children's Ministry Teammate
We have all seen this process: Young adults of the opposite sex meet, marry, and have children. Therefore, it is our desire that the church that is birthed have a children's ministry from the very beginning, helping whole families, even their littlest ones, learn about going deeper in the river of Jesus.
In addition to this, we need people to lead small groups, teach children, play instruments, help with set-up and tear-down, greet, lead community service projects, and much, much more!
